Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lesstruct Merch store and any order you place with us. By placing an order or creating an account, you accept these Terms.

Who we are
Lesstruct Merch is an apparel and merchandise store operated by Lesstruct (lesstruct.dev). Contact: contact@lesstruct.dev.
Ordering
Shopping works like this: add items to your cart, check out with your email address and shipping details, and your order is created as pending. The contract between you and us is formed when we verify your payment — not at checkout.
If an item is mispriced or has run out of stock after you ordered, we will cancel the affected order (or item) and refund any amount already paid.
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any other currency shown is an indicative display only — you always pay in IDR.
Payment
We currently accept payment by manual bank transfer:
After checkout, you receive an order email with the amount due.
Transfer the amount within 24 hours — unpaid orders expire automatically.
Upload your transfer proof; we verify it before your order moves to paid and ships.
If an online payment method is offered later, its terms will be described at checkout and on this page.
Prices and tax
All prices are in IDR. Your invoice shows a display-only PPN (VAT) breakdown at the applicable rate, currently 12% — this is a breakdown of the price you already see; the total you pay never changes because of it.
Shipping
Shipping cost is set per order; you will see it before paying or be notified of it with your order.
We email you at every step: paid, packed, shipped, delivered.
You can follow your order any time on the Track Order page using your order number.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
Our refund policy is simple: orders can be cancelled and refunded until they ship. Once an order is handed to the courier, the sale is final — with two exceptions we always honor: items that arrive wrong, defective, or missing, and the statutory rights of EU/EEA consumers. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and your information accurate, and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse. Deleting your account does not delete order records we are required to keep for tax purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store: no fraudulent orders or payment claims, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping that degrades it for others.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory consumer rights you have under Indonesian law or the law of your country of residence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country's law.
